First we enter your specific home buying criteria - area, square footage, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, etc. Each evening an automatic computer search is done through the main real estate database for all homes (not just our listings). These listings are then downloaded and emailed to you - enabling you to beat out other buyers to hot new listings.
